The Tempus Fugit is a simple WordClock interface board for your Raspberry Pi Zero or
Arduino Nano. The time in words is spelt out on an 8 by 8 letter matrix, with accuracy maintained using an on-board battery backed real time clock chip. The initial production was funded through crowd funding .
While I am no longer actively supporting the Tempus Fugit, I do still have bare PCBs available if you are interesting in sourcing the components yourself. You may also need to tweak the s/w to work with the latest Raspberry Pi OS.
The TF has been tested with all variants of the Pi Zero including the new PiZeroW, it can also be used with any of the B or A boards, more details on this can be found in the instructions manual.
£5 bare PCB (no parts supplied), unfortunately due to the madness of Brexit I am not able to supply boards to EU addresses currently.
Postage rates depend on shipping address and what you order, orders under £25 will generally be sent using an untracked service, orders over £25 will be sent using a tracked and signed service where available.
